Upon looking for the serial number sticker i tipped the printer up onto its rear and lots (and i mean lots) of black ink leaked from the Rear Right corner. Black ink print has been poor from day one, after x2 sets of genuine ink, i decided to look up any user problems. Here are some of the common causes and the solutions to each problem. I have a HP DeskJet 3520, New out the box but from Ebay. Note that when refilling cartridges, 5 ml of ink for colors and 10 ml of ink for black is generally enough. Possibilities are leaking Ink Cartridges which have been refilled and not correctly sealed, or are just plain faulty or not Genuine HP Cartridges.

When I went to install it, I found a puddle of magenta ink beneath my printer. This will work for color too, but the black ink seems. Since that time, I have had some issues with them.
